Backed up and pruned recordings to a 90-day policy, then wrote the recurring process Zoom could not automate.

Problem

Recordings and transcripts accumulated with no retention policy, and Zoom offered no native automation for the review the organisation actually needed.

Intervention

Backed up existing recordings and transcripts, ran the retention cleanup, revised the 90-day SOP, and established a recurring manual review where automation was not available, documented rather than left as tribal knowledge.

Result

• Recordings and transcripts backed up before any deletion
• 90-day retention SOP revised and in use
• Recurring review process defined where Zoom provides no automation
