Turned ad-hoc data requests from non-technical staff into generated GraphQL queries and results.
Problem
Non-technical colleagues needed data out of the database and had no way to ask for it except by describing what they wanted. Each request became a manual extraction job.
Intervention
Built and own a campaign GraphQL query builder over Hasura. Requests still arrive through a Google Sheet form; the tool turns them into the query and returns the result, so the request path stays familiar while the work behind it stops being hand-written each time.
