Problem
Remote work-from-home setups in Bhutan had to support real delivery, but connectivity, devices, and power failure modes were unknown: so infrastructure decisions were guesswork.
Intervention
Sole auditor for Phase 2 connectivity analysis and root-cause work, scoring readiness across ISP, device, and power domains. Recommendations spanned ISP/CPE, laptops, UPS, and mobile data. Physical infrastructure engineering, not a software deliverable.
